Lana is a fantastic realtor. She is such a pleasure to work with. She is very responsive, knowledgeable and gives good advice. She is very patient and helpful with any questions or concerns. Lana was my realtor when I bought my home in 2008; when I decided to sell in 2017; and now that I am looking again, the realtor I am turning to. I highly recommend her.

I have known Lana for approximately 14 years. She is the best realtor, she always answers her phone and does whatever it takes to get the deal done! She saves you a lot of money with just her experience of knowing little things about the house you are purchasing. Title companies, mortgage companies, interest rates. She also has very many influential contacts if you need anything done to your house. I would never use anyone but her sold my house and bought another one and she always would let me know what was coming up. She is very professional, nice and trustworthy. My daughter and her husband also used her and they got their dream home. She exceeded our expectations. I leave her cards at my salon and I tell every client I know GO TO LANA BURKE ! She will not disappoint! Love her and everything she has done for our family !!!!!

I am a realtor but currently not active. We are selling our house and moving to the water in Ruskin, FL. My wife and I decided to list our house with Lana because she got back to me within 30 seconds of me texting her. When she came to our house she had a contract ready and pics were taken the next day! Lana has that intangible that most people in sales lack. Whether you are buying or selling you you won't regret choosing Lana as your realtor!

My fiancé and I were looking to buy a new home and we wanted the process to be as fun and stress free as possible. Lana was the perfect choice for this occasion. She always made herself available which was super helpful with our busy schedule. Being first time homebuyers, her knowledge and expertise was much appreciate, we definitely learned a lot from her. Lana always had our best interest in mind which was very comforting to know. A lot of people seem stressed during the home buying process, Lana made the entire process enjoyable for us. Not only did Lana do a great job in listing and pricing my home for sale, she flawlessly (and professionally) handled several hiccups that occurred with a difficult buyer right up until the moment of closing. She's on top of things, pays attention to detail and did a fabulous job in getting things handled. If there were 10 stars in this rating, she'd get all 10.

I had the pleasure or having Lana as a realtor. She was amazing always accessible and accommodating to our work schedules. She was extremely knowledgeable and made sure we understood every step along the way. Making follow up calls on our behalf if someone wasn't responsive. Lana was recommended in 2018 to assist my husband and me with our move from Michigan to Florida. An out of state move, after 46 years in the same place, is complicated and stressful.
